Bathroom was designed by the Bathroom staff. I purchased the items for the redesign. Delivery was very prompt. After that, what can I say. Plumber was fitting the bathroom and asked where the screws were, screws missing, parts of waste missing the list goes on. I had to purchase items from a local plumbers merchant. I would not recommend purchasing a bathroom from Homebase.

Staff are very friendly. Homeware is on second floor. Escalators facing you as you enter. Home prep (B&Q) type stuff; wood, paints, workers bits & bobs downstairs. It’s often hard to find a member of staff it’s that big but they start putting their Christmas stuff out mid October so it’s a great place to go if you’re like me and want to get the best stuff before everything is squashed. Especially tree ornaments etc. they have an outdoor plant section too.

I went there to find some plant pots I wanted that were out of stock online. The three members of staff that helped me during my visit were so friendly, helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. A very good experience at this store.
